The Plot A man is at sea during a storm when a giant octopus attacks him. Just as he’s about to die, he is released by the octopus. Looking out the ship’s window, he sees a giant green, humanoid beast fighting the octopus. The monster, called Gaira, defeats the octopus and then turns on the ship, sinking it and killing its crew. One sailor survives and tells the story of being attacked first by a giant octopus and then by Gaira. He claims that Gaira ate the rest of the crew.

The Plot In a small mining village in Japan near a volcano, two miners go missing after hitting a pocket of water that floods the mineshaft. A search party discovers one miner’s body floating in the shaft. An autopsy reveals that the miner’s death was not an accident he was killed, though the weapon cannot be identified. A group of three miners and a police officer return to the shaft to find the other missing miner. As they explore the flooded shaft, strange noises emerge. O

The Plot: A planet named Planet X is discovered by the World Space Authority, and two astronauts are sent to investigate. When they arrive, they see strange lightning in the sky and soon realize they are not alone. The astronauts are taken underground by the Xiliens, the inhabitants of Planet X. The Plot: A detective is assigned to protect a visiting princess. Before her plane even arrives in Japan, an assassination attempt via bombing destroys the plane but the princess escapes by jumping from it before the explosion. Meanwhile, a meteor shower occurs over Japan, and a large meteor crashes in the mountains. A team of scientists investigates the meteor and discovers its unusually strong magnetic properties. Soon after, the princess is spotted in Japan, but she has lo
