Ultraman: The Ultimate Hero (Ultraman Powered) had the ambition to bring the Ultra franchise to American audiences, complete with updated kaiju designs and a new defense team. Unfortunately, stiff fight choreography, a forgettable musical score, and an Ultra host who feels non-essential hold the series back from reaching its potential.
